Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to offer flexibility within operational limits.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Or before dispatch (whichever is earlier)
  • Requests must be made through official channels
Post-Dispatch Orders

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
  • Processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refund issued to original payment method only
Company-Initiated Cancellation

The Label PI may cancel orders due to:

  • Inventory constraints
  • Payment issues
  • Security concerns
